Connecting your calendars (Google and iCloud)
Connect Google or iCloud so your busy times block bookings, and Compass leads and jobs show in your calendar.
Connecting a calendar does two things: it stops people booking you when you are already busy, and (optionally) mirrors your Compass leads and jobs into a calendar you can see on your phone.
Connect an account
Go to Settings → Calendars and connect Google or iCloud. Each account lists its individual calendars; tick the ones whose events should block your Compass availability.
Where new bookings land
Pick one connected calendar as the destination for new Compass bookings, so a booked meeting also appears in your normal calendar.
Lead and job calendar push
Optionally, Compass can keep two calendars ("Compass Leads" and "Compass Jobs") with your enquiry and job dates as all-day events, so your pipeline is visible alongside everything else. If you connected Google before this existed, reconnect once to grant the calendar permission.
iCloud is read-only
iCloud calendars are used to block your availability, but Compass does not write back to iCloud. Use a Google destination calendar if you want bookings written into your calendar.
