Roadmap takes your annual revenue target and helps you map it to actual months. Unlike Waypoint (which answers "what's my floor price?"), Roadmap answers "what does getting to my target look like, month by month?".

Sales Success Formula

The top of Roadmap holds four inputs that drive everything else:

  • Annual revenue target, pulled from Waypoint by default; override for what-if scenarios.
  • Average dollar sale, your typical project price. Sets the booking count needed to hit the target.
  • Close rate, what % of pitches become bookings.
  • Show rate, what % of appointments actually happen.

Roadmap derives a weekly pulse from these: how many calls you need to set, how many enquiries you need to receive, to stay on track for the year.

Plan by Month

Below the formula sit twelve panels, one per month. For each month you can set a revenue target, log expected bookings, and watch the year fill in.

Pulling actuals from the CRM

Coming soon: Roadmap will auto-fill each month's "booked" column from won leads in your CRM, so you don't have to type the same number into both surfaces. Until then, treat Roadmap as planning-only and the CRM dashboard as actuals.
