Deliverable templates
Define what you hand off for each job type, with turnaround windows and portal visibility.
A deliverable template describes something you hand off at the end of a job, a gallery, a slideshow, a printed album. Set them up in Settings, Deliverables and they will seed the deliverables list automatically when you create a new job.
Job type groups
You can create deliverables that apply to every job (the "All job types" group) or tie them to a specific job type so a Wedding job gets a different default list than a Portrait session. Active job types each get their own group on this page.
Turnaround windows
Each deliverable has an optional turnaround window: a number of days or weeks after either the event date or the booking date. This gives you and your client a shared expectation of when to expect each deliverable.
Client portal and delivery links
The Portal toggle controls whether a deliverable shows up on the client portal so clients can track progress. The Link toggle marks it as a deliverable that will carry a URL, useful for online galleries or cloud downloads, so the field is ready when you deliver.
Icons and colours
Pick an icon and colour for each deliverable. They show at a glance on the job page so the list is easy to scan.
