Lead sources
Customise the list of where your enquiries come from, so every lead is attributed.
A lead source records where an enquiry came from (Instagram, a referral, Google, a wedding fair). Attributing leads is what makes the dashboard's "where leads come from" and your per-channel numbers meaningful.
Your source list
Manage the list in Settings → Lead sources. Add your own, rename them, reorder by dragging, and archive ones you no longer use. The list is yours, not a fixed menu.
Automatic matching
Leads arriving from your website webhook, a hosted contact form, or a CSV import are matched against this list automatically, so incoming enquiries land with the right source without manual tagging.
