The client portal
One private link per job (or per client) showing their quotes, invoices, contracts and more.
Every job has its own private portal: one link you can send the client that shows everything for that job in one place, their open quotes, invoices, contracts, questionnaires, and bookings. You'll find the link in the Client portalcard on the enquiry. It's created automatically, so there's nothing to set up.
Combined portals for repeat clients
If a client books you more than once, you can give them a single combined link that lists every job, grouped by job, instead of one link per job. Turn it on for an individual client from the client's page(the "Combined portal" toggle).
Making it the default
In Settings → Client portal, you can choose what new clients start with. Leave it off and each job gets its own link (recommended for most studios); turn it on and every new client starts with a combined portal. It only affects clients created from then on, and you can always switch an individual client either way on their page.
Privacy
A portal link is unguessable but unauthenticated by default: anyone with the URL can see that page, so share it only with the client. Want a second check? Turn on Ask visitors to confirm their email in Settings → Client portal: the portal then asks for the email the link was sent to before opening (no password; the client's device stays signed in for 30 days).
