Questionnaires: collecting details from clients
Send a form to gather the details you need for a job, built from a reusable template.
A questionnaire is a form you send a client to collect the details you need: timeline, addresses, song choices, brief, and so on. Build the question set once and reuse it.
Templates
Create question sets in Settings → Questionnaire templates. When you send one to a client, Compass creates their own copy to fill in.
Sending and responses
The client opens a link and answers; their responses save back against the job. The status moves draft → sent → completed, so an unanswered questionnaire is easy to spot, and Today's actions surfaces ones still outstanding with a one-tap reminder.
Sending automatically
A workflow step can create and send a questionnaire on its due date. See Automatic sending, explained.
