Quotes: pricing a job and sending it
Build a quote from your packages, send it for the client to accept online, and watch the lead move to won.
A quote is the priced proposal you send a client. Build it from your saved packages and products, add line items, and send a link the client can read and accept online.
Two kinds of quote
- Tailored: a set proposal you have priced for this client. They accept the whole thing.
- Customisable: you offer options and the client picks what they want, with the total updating as they choose.
Packages and products
Save the things you sell once in Settings → Packages (with your cost shown for margin), then drop them into any quote instead of retyping. Tax is applied per your tax rates.
Payment schedule
Split the total into a deposit and balance, or several milestones. The schedule travels onto the invoice so what the client agreed to is what they are billed.
Sending and acceptance
Send the quote and the client gets a clean, branded page to review and accept. On acceptance the lead moves to won. A quote locks once the client accepts; before that you can keep editing.
