Quote and invoice templates

Save the quotes and invoices you send most as reusable starting points, then start new ones from them in a click.

If you find yourself building the same quote over and over, save it once as a template. A template carries the structure: the lines, packages and add-ons, prices, tax treatment, terms, and (for quotes) the attached contract. It never carries client details, dates or discounts. Those belong to the real quote or invoice you make from it.

Three ways in
  • Create from scratch: in Settings, Templates, Quotes & invoices, add a template and build it in the editor.
  • Save as template: on any quote or invoice, save its structure as a new template for next time.
  • Start from template: when creating a new quote or invoice, pick a template and it arrives pre-filled.
Templates are starting points

Nothing is locked in. A quote or invoice started from a template is fully editable, and later changes to the template never touch documents you already created from it. Archive a template to hide it from the pickers without deleting it.

Manage them in Settings, Templates, Quotes & invoices.
