Saved discounts
Save the discounts you use often and apply them to any quote or invoice in one click.
A saved discount is one you reach for often, a returning-client thank-you, included travel, a referral reward. Save it once in Settings → Discounts (in the Templates group) and it is one click away on every quote and invoice, with the client-visible reason prefilled.
Percent or fixed amount
A discount is either a percentage (10% off the total) or a fixed amount (say, 200 off). A fixed amount applies in whatever currency the document uses. The optional default reason is shown to the client when the discount is applied, so the paperwork explains itself; you can still reword it on the document.
Applying one
When you add a discount to a quote or an invoice, pick from your saved list instead of typing it fresh. Applying a saved discount copies its values onto the document, so the document stays the source of truth: editing the saved discount later never changes documents it was already applied to.
Archiving
Archive a discount you no longer offer and it disappears from the picker without touching past documents. Archived discounts sit at the bottom of the page and can be restored any time.
